Good morning Bitachon of the day ❤️

It is fascinating how the Torah can serve as your own therapist, providing numerous teachings and concepts that guide self-improvement and personal growth. Its teachings cover a broad range of topics, including ethics, relationships, and self-discipline, offering practical advice and profound insights that help individuals reflect, learn, and develop healthier behaviors and mindsets.

According to the Torah, the greater the sorrow, the greater the reward. As you work on understanding others and yourself, you will recognize how challenging it is to overcome negativity. There is nothing we can do without Hashem's help. Sometimes, the more we pray about overcoming a challenge, the worse it seems to get. Why? Even when we try our hardest, we might feel like we are failing because the pain is so overwhelming that the only one we can turn to is Hashem.

These struggles build us up. When we surrender, that’s when Hashem steps in to help. Sometimes, we must reach our lowest point, where the situation is completely out of our control. When someone toxic keeps bothering you despite your efforts to remove yourself, it can feel hopeless. But Hashem sends us difficult people to help us grow stronger. It's an opportunity for us to make a Tikun, a spiritual correction.

This is happening for us, not to us. We must change our mindset and realize that Hashem allows these challenges so we can grow and become our higher selves. When we understand that Hashem is sending us this message, it’s when we start to grow. Developing our Bitachon (trust in Hashem) is what will help us, nothing else.

From my personal experiences, every time I went through a very hard situation, I grew even more and connected more deeply to Hashem, trying to understand what He really wants from us.

May we face our difficult situations knowing that only Hashem can help us, no matter how hard we try. Amen.🙏

Wishing you all a wonderful day ❤️
