Good morning Bitachon of the day ❤️
Happiness, how do we achieve true happiness? How can our soul feel as happy as possible, letting go of sadness? Finding happiness in our souls involves nurturing a deep sense of inner peace, fulfillment, and alignment with our true selves and purpose. By cultivating a relationship with Hashem through prayer, Torah study, and living in accordance with His commandments, we can achieve this.
Since I have become more connected and aware of my surroundings, I feel a profound sense of peace. Engaging in activities that align with my core values and purpose brings me deep fulfillment, and I strive to live a life of mitzvot, ethical behavior, and contributing to the betterment of the world.
When you are happy, you smile more, and your whole face lights up. Just today, someone approached me, admiring how much I smile and expressing how good it feels to see it. She told me she wishes she could do the same. I felt sad for her because I can’t imagine a day without smiling.
Even in the toughest moments, we should try to find our inner happiness, and our soul will make us smile. I always remember when my daughter was sick; she didn’t have the energy to smile, and it hurt me so much. When she started recovering, her laugh and smile were the first expressions that came back, showing her soul was healing too.
You might think that happiness and a simple smile are not huge achievements, that they are something simple, but they are actually very hard to achieve. Happiness is something you have to cultivate and feel in your soul. The more gratitude you have for what you have, for what Hashem has given you, even with all the trauma you’ve been through, the more you will experience happiness.
Like my daughter tell us all the time we are never fully dressed without a smile.
May we feel happiness deep in our soul and enable us to have a contagious smile to inspire others amen 🙏
Wishing you all a smile 😀 day ❤️
