Good morning Bitachon of the day ❤️
Everyone wants to contribute something significant to the world; to play a meaningful part in the cosmic symphony we call life.
The question in life is not whether we wish to accomplish something significant with our gift of life, the question is how. How can I become more self-aware, more disciplined, more caring, and more successful?
Only if we first invest in ourselves can we then expand outwards and give to others. Only once we embrace our true “self” and discover our potential can we truly fall in love with ourselves. It is only after we love ourselves that we can then expand outwards and love someone else.
Love your friend as you love yourself,’ this is a foundational principle in the Torah.”
In order to truly love another, we must first love ourselves. Self-love is the most powerful form of happiness. When we understand that we are amazing human beings created by Hashem, we will feel so special.
However, it’s sometimes hard to love ourselves. Self-love can indeed be challenging for many reasons. It often requires confronting and changing long-held negative beliefs about oneself, developing a sense of self-worth independent of external validation, and consistently practicing self-care and self-compassion. It can be difficult due to social pressure, past experiences, and personal insecurities. However, it’s a journey that is immensely rewarding, leading to improved mental health, better relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
We owe it to Hashem to love ourselves. He decided to create us, and we should thank Him every day for being alive on this earth. Hashem put us here for a reason, and by loving ourselves, we become better people.
In today's society, we often feel the need to be good for everyone around us, like we wear a costume every day in front of others. When we go home and remove everything, we just want to be ourselves. We are never truly who we are because we always want to impress others, but the only one we should impress is Hashem, our ultimate Father.
Growing up, I was very shy and introverted. As I got older, I learned that I couldn't accomplish anything if I didn't believe in myself. When I started my daily Bitachon, it was hard for me to share my life, but I knew it was the only way I could connect with all of you and fulfill a mitzvah by sharing my love for Hashem with others. When you start to believe in yourself and love what you do, and do it for the love of Hashem, you feel so much better and stronger.
May we all love ourselves so that we can love everyone else around us and love Hashem. Amen. 🙏
Wishing you all a wonderful day ❤️
