Good morning Bitachon of the day ❤️
Each person's perception of the world is unique, shaped by their individual experiences, beliefs, and perspectives. Just as every eye physically sees the world differently, our inner vision—the way we interpret and understand our surroundings, varies from person to person. This diversity in perception means that not everyone sees the hand of Hashem in the same way, or even at all.
Some people may see Hashem’s influence in the beauty of nature, the complexity of life, or the coincidences that seem too meaningful to be random. Others might find it harder to perceive this divine presence, perhaps due to different life experiences, educational backgrounds, or personal struggles.
Understanding that each person’s view is shaped by their own unique journey it reminds us that everyone is at a different point in their spiritual journey, and what is clear to one person might be obscure to another.
When I went away with my daughter for some mother-daughter bonding time, I realized how differently we perceived the day. I wrote in my Bitachon about how I saw Hashem's hand that day, and after reading it, she told me, "I didn’t think about it that way." We are completely wired differently, and our spiritual connections to Hashem are unique to each of us.
After years of working on my Emunah and Bitachon I realized that seeing the hand of Hashem in everyday life involves cultivating gratitude, observing nature, engaging in mindful prayer, studying Torah, performing acts of kindness, and reflecting on these experiences. By incorporating these practices into your daily routine, you can develop a greater awareness of Hashem’s presence and influence.
It just doesn’t happen, that you suddenly see Hashem in everything you do. How He placed you at that time and moment for a very specific reason.
A few days ago, my agent, who is not Jewish, reminded me how I bought my apartment—it was all in Hashem's hands he said. After losing the apartment to a higher bidder, two years later, I met a friend at a restaurant who asked me how the market was. He then told me he had an apartment for sale with a great view and terrace on the Upper East Side. The way he described it, I knew it was the one I had lost. And the rest is history. Hashem put me where I belonged at that time, and I needed my agent to remind me that Hashem had planned the entire deal.
Sometimes we think things are just coincidences, but the more we learn about Hashem, the more we realize that nothing is a coincidence. Hashem is planning our journey. Our task is to recognize this and live with the awareness that Hashem is the sole reason for our existence and everything that happens in our lives.
May we have the ability to see Hashem hand during our daily lives amen 🙏
Wishing you all a wonderful day❤️
