Good morning Bitachon of the day ❤️

Why does Hashem send us challenges during our lives? Some believe that Hashem's challenges are akin to the weights a fitness coach might attach to someone's wrists and ankles,

not to slow them down, but to make them stronger and faster. We can view Hashem as our personal trainer, guiding us through these hurdles to help us reach greater heights.

Others believe that Hashem sends challenges to help us achieve our true potential, asserting that Hashem never gives challenges we can't overcome. These challenges are seen as opportunities for growth and overcoming our faults. Personally, I view challenges as all of the above, plus a reminder of Hashem's presence in our lives. Unfortunately, it is often the case that we seek Hashem most when faced with obstacles.

Life can’t be smooth all the time; if it were, it would be too boring, and we wouldn’t be able to reach our true potential and purpose in this world. Hashem places us in specific situations so that we can face and overcome the challenges presented to us.

Some challenges are harder than others, and even with all the Bitachon and Emunah in the world, we are all human and may initially feel sad and emotionally unstable. However, it's the way we face these challenges and how we overcome them that can strengthen our connection to Hashem and make a real difference.

That is why it's so important to strengthen ourselves every day, to be better equipped to surmount challenges in the best possible way. When my daughter got sick, I received many messages expressing disbelief that this could happen to our family, who does so much for others. Such reactions reflect a misunderstanding of Hashem's role in our lives. Being kind and having faith in Hashem doesn’t mean we will be free from challenges. On the contrary, these challenges are tests from Hashem, asking us to grow from them. How we perceive and respond to these challenges is up to us.

Last month, I faced a huge obstacle out of nowhere. Everything was going smoothly, but this challenge upset me so much that I had trouble sleeping and understanding what was happening. I asked Hashem for signs on how to approach it. It was a very draining time. After over a week, I realized that everything was in Hashem’s hands, and I decided to do my best to understand it. Just when things calmed down, I received another punch in my gut. That's when I understood that I needed to detach myself from the situation and think about what I could do and what Hashem wanted from me. I still don’t have all the answers, but my daily writing of Bitachon has been a tremendous help and reminder that Hashem is always here, watching over us. You must reach a level of faith where you no longer feel oppressed by the situations Hashem puts you through. How will I reach that level?

I will let you know when I will understand what Hashem wants from me!

May we all recognize that Hashem sends us challenges because He knows we can handle them, and that these challenges make us feel closer and stronger to Him. Amen 🙏

Wishing you all a wonderful day ❤️
