Good morning Bitachon of the day ❤️

During this incredibly challenging time for our brothers and sisters in the Holy Land and Jews worldwide, we are reminded of a historical truth: despite the efforts of our enemies to destroy us, as we read in the Haggadah, "In every generation, there are those who rise up to annihilate us, but G‑d Almighty saves us from their hands." My word of the week explores the profound spiritual practice and strength of faith.

Interestingly, the Hebrew word for faith, emunah, shares the same root as uman, which means an artisan, craftsman, or practitioner. Just as an artist's talent must be cultivated and practiced to reach its full potential, faith is not a static possession but a dynamic process that requires continuous cultivation and practice.

Just because you're struggling with Emunah and Bitachon right now doesn't mean you don't have them. When I am faced with challenging situations or bad news, it's natural to feel upset, confused, and doubtful. Even if I talk and write about Emunah and Bitachon often, I am still human beings, not the sages we read about in the Torah. It's normal to feel sad, angry, and confused about why Hashem allows certain things to happen. It takes time to work through these emotions and strengthen our trust in Hashem's plan.

After a few days of meditating and calming myself down, I try to relax and focus on how amazing Hashem is. Sometimes life throws multiple challenges at us all at once, and it feels like everything is going wrong. There are times when I handle these challenges poorly, and it's hard to see a way out. However, because I've trained myself to believe that Hashem has His reasons, whether good or bad, and that we shouldn't doubt Him, I reconnect with this concept and feel even stronger.

Ultimately, faith is a lifelong journey that both nourishes and is nourished by ongoing intellectual and experiential growth.

As long as you practice it your soul will be always be ignited and you will always feel the presence of Hashem.

And we must understand that only Hashem can guide us, and make miracles for our people and country.

If we have Emunah we can fight against evil, if we loose it we get depressed and they destroy our nation and our enemies will prevail.

May we always strive to attain Emunah and Bitachon, especially during our most challenging moments. It will help us maintain a positive mindset and support one another more effectively. Amen. 🙏

Wishing you a wonderful day ❤️
