Good morning Bitachon of the day ❤️

When we lose our identity, our sense of self, we can go from great to nothing in an instant. Instead of climbing down the ladder one rung at a time, we plunge off the ladder completely. This is because the battle of will is composed of two forces: our higher self, which raises us up, and our lower self, which drags us down. Normally, each of these two forces pushes at full force, leading to a constant battle for inches in the journey of growth. Sometimes our higher self gains ground with small achievements, and sometimes our lower self gains ground through minor slip-ups.

In my journey of personal growth, I've stumbled many times. Each time I descended the ladder of spiritual growth, it required tremendous effort to climb back up. Life presents numerous challenges, and sometimes it's difficult to understand why Hashem puts us in front of them. However, every setback has ultimately strengthened my resolve to draw closer to Hashem.

When my daughter fell ill, I reached the pinnacle of my own spiritual journey. Despite the pain I felt inside, I remained steadfast in my faith that Hashem had a purpose for my daughter's illness and for my own personal growth.

Hashem tested me in every possible way when one of our family members fell ill. Despite the challenges, I never lost faith. Instead, I made a conscious effort to draw closer to Him. Whenever I felt His presence, I openly acknowledged it in front of my children, reminding them that Hashem is always there, even in the toughest times. Maintaining a spiritual attitude during life's darkest moments brings hope, purpose, and the courage to persevere.

My Rabbinite always emphasizes the importance of continuously climbing the ladder of spiritual growth. Even if you stumble and fall back a step, hold on to it, it's all part of life's journey. True strength is demonstrated through growth, as you strive to reach the top of your own ladder. As long as you're progressing, that's what truly matters in the eyes of Hashem.

We all fall. The key to greatness is not preventing the fall, since it’s all but guaranteed that we will fall at some point in our lives. The key to greatness is how we respond when we fall.

May we all feel the presence of Hashem in our lives and may He help us reach our own height. Amen 🙏

Wishing you all a meaningful Passover ❤️
