Good morning Bitachon of the day ❤️

I felt compelled to respond to Karine’s message after she read my Bitachon reflection of the day. Through my Bitachon, I want to convey that we all face struggles in our lives. No one lives a perfect life free from worries, stress, or illness. Such a life doesn't exist. We are all human and continually experience challenges.

How someone reacts can change the entire situation. One can choose to react with anger and negativity, which can worsen the outcome, or approach the challenge with as much happiness as possible, without feeling overly anxious or stressed. By leaving the situation in Hashem's hands, the outcome can be far more positive.

I believe that sharing my own struggles and perspectives brings authenticity to the conversation. We often hear rabbis recount incredible stories and miracles involving people we don't personally know. While we may enjoy these stories and sometimes relate to them, the details can vary between rabbis, making it difficult to know the individuals involved.

Here, I want to share my experiences and how Hashem played a pivotal role in my life. Without Hashem, I wouldn't be where I am today.

The way I react to situations now, with trust in Hashem, is entirely different from how I reacted before I knew who Hashem was.

I see Hashem's hand in everything I do and recognize how He is always there to guide and help me.

The best way for me to help you truly understand and feel this is by sharing my own experiences.

By sharing my own story, I hope you can relate it to your own journey and incorporate trust in Hashem into your life.

Developing Bitachon (trust) in Hashem is like an exercise for the mind. We need to practice it daily, just as we can't lose weight and build muscle from a single visit to the gym. Trusting in Hashem requires consistent effort, and as you acknowledge His daily miracles in your life, you'll become even more attuned to the next miracle.

When you reach a high level of Bitachon (trust) and Emunah (faith) in Hashem, your approach to life changes completely. You'll become more relaxed and happier, leading to better outcomes. We all know that anger, anxiety, and stress bring no good.

May we attain a level of Bitachon (trust) and Emunah (faith) that lightens our lives. Amen. 🙏

Wishing you a wonderful day ❤️
