Good morning Bitachon of the day ❤️

We can choose  to live in a state of soul, a state of oneness. This means living with the understanding that, while we are each unique individuals, at our spiritual and existential core we are all one. At root, we are an interconnected self, a single consciousness, with a single soul. This is the concept of Klal Yisrael, a singular, unified self. The Rambam states that one who disconnects himself from the Jewish People has no portion in the World to Come.

After becoming religious, I experienced a profound sense of oneness. I'll always remember witnessing my first real miracle unfold. While living in Brooklyn, one morning the family I resided with received news that a 3-year-old baby had been diagnosed with cancer. The entire community, along with the family I lived with, immediately began praying for the baby. One of the sons stopped talking for the whole day, another started fasting. It was surreal to witness their collective concern and compassion for a baby they barely knew, treating him as if he were part of their own family. Hashem heard all the prayers and the heartfelt commitment of the community, and miraculously, the baby went into remission, becoming cancer-free.

What I witnessed was undeniably extraordinary; they prayed as one, united in their fervor. Their collective empathy for the baby was palpable, as if it were their own child. It was a profoundly moving experience, unlike anything I had ever encountered despite living in various places throughout my life. They are living as one. Today, we can still feel that same power surrounding us. Every type of Jewish person is eager to help their fellow Jew. It took a terrible war to remind us that we must unite and fight as one.

Moses reminds us that despite the daily tensions and the fractured world, the true essence of our existence is oneness.

Everywhere, whether in prayer, Torah study, or performing Mitzvot, we act as one soul. Hashem teaches us through these means that we are interconnected and cannot thrive without unity.

We are all children of Hashem and we should live our lives accordingly.

May we always remain united as one. Amen 🙏

Wishing you all a wonderful day ❤️
