Good morning ❤️

When we taste food, we take the object that started outside of us and place it inside.

We chew and swallow it. It goes to our digestive system to nature all the cells in our body. The food that was outside is not only inside us, but actually becomes us. It is integrated into our very being.

This is the metaphor for understanding the goodness of Hashem. When we gain a deep understanding of the power of Hashem, He becomes an integral part of who we are.

When you feel Hashem deep inside of you, it’s when you know that you have reached the ultimate goal in life.

Without Hashem, we are nothing. Every day, we encounter numerous miracles that we often overlook. Consider the simple act of chewing, swallowing, and digesting food, a process some individuals, especially those facing illness, may no longer take for granted.

As we navigate our day with its ups and downs, juggling work, kids, and life's challenges, taking a moment to meditate on what truly matters can bring profound peace. When you recognize that Hashem is the foremost priority, there's a sense of relaxation knowing He will handle things, resolve situations, and protect you. This realization leads to a tranquil and peaceful state by day's end.

Hashem is the ultimate source of goodness. Amidst uncertainty, we come to truly feel and appreciate all the blessings He has bestowed upon us.

When everything goes as planned, we may overlook the multitude of things to be grateful for. Personally, I express gratitude to Hashem in both good and challenging times, acknowledging His presence in every aspect of my life.

If I face challenging times, I trust that there's a purpose known to Hashem. By contemplating and embracing His love, our lives ascend to a higher level, more peaceful, productive, and relaxed. Sharing the love of Hashem not only deepens our connection but radiates a sense of peace to everyone around us.

May we all find this profound level of understanding enable us to see Hashem amen 🙏

Wish you a wonderful day 💕
