Good Morning ❤️

Bitachon and emunah are not something a person just has. It is a level of relationship that like any relationship takes time to build. It is only natural to trust people, but only people we can naturally trust. Hashem Himself acknowledged this when He said in the Torah:

You have been shown, in order to know that, G-D, He is G-D; there is none else besides Him. (Devarim 4:35)

Emunah is about the past. Bitachon is the projection of it into the future.

That’s what Hashem was saying to the Jewish people. “You saw what I did for you to bring you this far. You witnessed how I kept My promise and came back for you. You experienced how I am willing to suspend the laws of Creation just to make you into a Torah nation. I have proven myself. Now it’s up to you to project all of that into the future, your future…in a place in which you can rely only on Me to survive.”

What the Talmud means is that, when it comes to Hashem, salvation can come at the very last second. Human beings do not have such control over life that they can take last-minute risks and comfortably succeed. They need to leave room for error. Not Hashem, though. He has perfect control over everything. For all we know, the solution is already in the works while we’re still scrambling to find it. He’s the One.

That’s really the secret to bitachon. It’s not about blindly trusting in Hashem only when we have a tough time doing something. That counts too, but it doesn’t usually last very long. It’s about doing whatever we can to better know Hashem and how He works.

Since I have build my Bitachon I look back at my life and I see so many miracles that Hashem has his hand on. It’s crazy the way I came to America.

At 16, I began working part-time at a real estate firm. At 19, my heart was set on coming to America. My brother's business partner in New York promised a job if I earned my Gemological degree. So, off to London I went for my FGA degree. Excited, I called him when I finished, but he had changed his mind.

Still determined, I took the leap and landed in America. A week after my arrival, I found myself interviewing for a job in my now husband's office.

Unaware of the divine plan unfolding.

Pursuing my gemologist degree because my brother business partner suggested it and his rejection led me to meet my husband, who also works in the jewelry business. It's astounding how everything unfolded, and I'm grateful for these twists of fate orchestrated by Hashem.

When your heart and soul are open, and you believe that everything is orchestrated by Hashem, you can recognize the miracles in your past and present experiences.

Even in the worst moment of your life Hashem is always there.

May we continually nurture our Emunah and Bitachon, not merely seeking Hashem's help in challenging times. Let's begin now, take the proactive step. Amen 🙏

Wish you all a wonderful and meaningful Shabbat 🥰
