Good morning ❤️
Fear, worry and envy are all distressful emotions.
When we see or hear that someone is highly successful, we have a choice as to what our attitude will be. Those who focus on the joy and pleasure of the gift that Hashem has given them, will be free of envy.
When your mind is filled with gratitude and appreciation, you gain the benefit of experiencing the joy that comes with what others possess.
This Joy can be yours when your mind is joyful with what you have.
It’s not how much anyone has that makes the true difference, it’s the emotional quality of one’s life.
Knowing that whatever you possess is because Hashem intended it for you brings satisfaction and prevents envy of those around you.
Getting jealous requires a lot of mental effort, whereas happiness often flows naturally without conscious effort.
When you feel envy toward someone, you're only seeing what's on the surface. You don’t truly know their lives or what's happening within their family. It's like being envious of something that might not even be the reality.
Jealousy can make you feel unhappy, bitter, and can hinder you from reaching your own goals. It's not in line with what Hashem desires from you. Instead, having Emunah and Bitachon in Hashem means understanding that what you have is because Hashem has decided it for you.
The true treasure lies in spiritual wealth. When you nurture your soul, it becomes genuinely rich in the world.
All of your good deeds and acts of kindness are everlasting; they transcend time.
Envy only waste your precious time and mental energy.
Through learning and connecting with Hashem, you gain a clearer perspective of the world.
Striving for spiritual understanding should be our ultimate aim.
May Hashem guide us to maintain faith and trust throughout our journey, refraining from comparing ourselves to others. Instead, let's appreciate what we have and how we utilize our resources to assist others. Amen.
Wish you a wonderful day ❤️
