Imagine what your day would be like if you were to gain an immense appreciation for the personal kindness that Hashem constantly does for you.
Imagine what a day would be like.
It would guarantee you a life of happiness and gratitude, an elevated and spiritual life.
You must ask yourself this question “How can I keep this up?” “What if I get tired of telling Hashem how appreciative I am?” “What if it gets too difficult for me to do this all time, especially during difficult times?”
Taking on too much at one time, can be overwhelming, and when we feel overwhelmed, we find it too difficult to do even a relatively small amount.
One step at a time, this is how we go on any long journey.
There is an Italian say "Chi va piano va sano e va lontano" "He who goes slowly goes safely and goes far" growing up I heard this phrase at least once a week, and today I realize that it is so true.
Through my journey, I've discovered that when faced with obstacles placed by Hashem, I endeavor to embrace personal growth as a way to demonstrate my commitment to becoming a better individual.
I've realized that our minds exercise significant power during challenging periods. We tend to adopt a negative mindset, envision the worst outcomes, and dwell on potential mishaps. Redirecting my thoughts towards positivity and envisioning a brighter future helps me emerge from my struggles even more resilient.
Taking a brief moment amidst a hectic day to express gratitude to Hashem can surprisingly alleviate burdens, fostering a more positive mindset. You may think it’s not that easy, but I can say it genuinely makes a difference, you should try and see for yourself.
Should you catch yourself complaining about situations beyond your control, let it serve as a cue to focus on the good aspects of your life, fostering a sense of gratitude for what you have and maybe if you can take on something to Thank Hashem for what he is giving you now.
When my mom knew it was her end in this world she told me “Don’t cry for me I had an incredible life, I saw my both children married and all my grandchildren, don’t be sad for me because I am so grateful for the life I had.” Even with all her suffering she was so grateful for the life she had.
When you speak to Hashem you can tell him
“Thank you Hashem for my periodic difficulties, my occasional setbacks and for the times I don’t feel happy, because everything is for my ultimate benefit, even if I don’t see that’s always for my best. Deep in my heart I know that everything that comes from you is the very best for me and designed especially for me in precision and exacting Divine Providence, of which only the King of Kings is capable.”
Life presents numerous obstacles and challenges, but it's entirely up to you how you navigate them. Embracing positivity and training your mind to perceive it can significantly enhance your life. By doing so, your journey becomes more enjoyable and filled with joy.
Thank Hashem at least once a day and you will see a major improvement in your life.
Wish you a wonderful day 🧡
