Good morning 🧡

There are time in life when you feel that “Nothing can be done” to change a dire situation. But there is always something we can do, we can connect to Hashem in heartfelt prayers. We can pray with our own words, from deep inside us.

I've always found immense comfort and a deep spiritual connection with Hashem through my daily practice of reading Tehillim. It's my cherished form of meditation, granting me a precious hour to disconnect from the bustle of daily life and reconnect with a higher purpose.

The recurring theme in Tehillim, 'Ki L’olam chasdo',’For His Kindness is Forever,' holds profound significance for me. It serves as a steadfast reminder, especially during the toughest times, that Hashem remains by my side, showering eternal kindness.

This mantra has become my guiding light, influencing every breath I take. I've come to realize that as humans, our thoughts and actions can be heavily influenced by our environment. I often share with my children the importance of self assurance “You shouldn’t care what other people think”, reminding them that their essence isn't defined by others perceptions. It's an ongoing journey, but repetition reinforces this vital mindset.

I've learned that the opinions of those around us, friends, family, or other shouldn't define us. Only Hashem truly comprehends our innermost being and holds the ultimate judgment.

In today's fast paced world, social media often paints an unrealistic picture of 'perfect lives.' It's natural to compare oneself and feel inadequate. Yet, I've realized the necessity of disconnecting from these illusions. Life's imperfections and challenges are part of our journey. It's in facing and overcoming these challenges that our true character emerges. Trusting in Hashem's enduring kindness has brought light to my darkest moments.

I firmly believe that altering our perspective towards self improvement is within our grasp. Even in the face of seemingly insurmountable situations, I've come to understand that Hashem encourages us to persevere, not to yield.

Take a moment during your crazy day, and I know we all can make that time happen if you really want to, and meditate.

Let your mind wander away from the rush, and take a moment to express gratitude to Hashem for the unique path He has set for you. You'll gradually sense a deeper connection and an overall improvement in your well being.

Wish you all a wonderful day 🧡
