How do you change focus on your brain?
You tend to always think of the negative.
You worry a lot. Your brain focus too much on thoughts that aren’t conductive to happiness. How can you switch your brain to think only positive thoughts?
A powerful tool that will help your brain move to the type of thoughts that you wish is to tell yourself “NEXT!” then your brain will joyfully move on to another picture. The more you train your brain to respond to the word “NEXT” the more easily it will be to work.
My daughter taught me a powerful practice: whenever faced with a challenge, she entrusts it to Hashem by saying, 'HASHEM, YOU GOT THIS!' She believes in letting go and allowing Hashem to take charge, expressing it vocally. This exercise reinforces the trust in Hashem's constant presence. It's meant to shift from negativity to positivity throughout the day.
Negative thoughts are ubiquitous; even a minor illness can trigger catastrophic assumptions when Googling symptoms. To break this pattern, you can interrupt those thoughts by affirming, '”HASHEM YOU GOT THIS.” It's an empowering tool worth trying.
Your thoughts will swiftly shift, leaving you feeling more relaxed, happier, and envisioning positive outcomes. This will lead to feelings of gratitude, satisfaction, and a cessation of negative thinking.
First of all It's crucial to develop the awareness to recognize when your mind starts drifting into negative thoughts, and soon as you notice it, train your brain to say 'NEXT' or 'HASHEM, YOU GOT THIS' to redirect your thinking positively.
When you maintain a positive mindset, your entire day transforms for the better, allowing you to approach each moment with the anticipation of positive outcomes.
