Good morning 💗

Appreciate and enjoy what you already have.

We each have much to appreciate and enjoy every day of our lives. What stop us?

It’s easy to take for granted what we already have. We are always excited for new things. We focus on the pleasure and feel good.

After we get used to what we have we tend not to focus on it anymore.

Focusing on what we are missing makes you overlook what you already have.

Train your brain to Be mindful of your ability to see, hear, talk, move your hands, walk, go to the bathroom.

When you practice mindfulness, it can significantly transform your life. You'll find contentment in what you have rather than constantly seeking more. Gratitude towards Hashem for everyday functionality becomes profound.

During my mother's illness, witnessing her body's struggle made me realize the paramount importance of every organ functioning properly. I had taken it all for granted, never truly understanding the significance of 'Asher Yasar.'

Reciting it after using the bathroom acknowledges and thanks Hashem for the ability to perform this bodily function. It's a reminder that without proper bodily function, life becomes fragile and precarious.

With each passing week, her health declined as one organ after another began to fail. It was a stark reminder never to overlook or take for granted the simplest actions, touching, holding, and manipulating objects, walking, pushing; that we are blessed to do every day.

Indeed, each day granted to us is a gift, a reminder of the blessings bestowed upon us by Hashem.

Every morning we wake up is a miraculous gift from Hashem.

While some may yearn for the grand miracles of the time of Moshe, I believe we witness countless miracles every day; we simply need to be attuned to them. The ability to perform even the most basic tasks, like using the bathroom, is a tremendous miracle granted to us by Hashem. Reciting 'Asher Yasar' allows us to acknowledge and express gratitude to God multiple times a day.

Recognizing these everyday miracles helps us cultivate a sense of gratitude and joy that can resonate throughout our entire day, and feel happy and grateful about our lives.

Wish you all a wonderful day 💗
