Good morning Bitachon of the day ❤️

Consider how others perceive and comprehend you. They observe your physical form, unable to discern your thoughts, consciousness, emotions, or soul. Your actions, words, facial expressions, and body language are the visible manifestations of your inner world. Similarly, when seeking to connect with Hashem and the spiritual, we encounter a parallel. The spiritual is unseen, much like our inner selves.

Yet, we can understand the intangible by exploring how the Torah manifests in the physical realm, connecting with and comprehending its spiritual essence.

It was really difficult for me to grasp the spiritual part of the Torah and the laws.

At the beginning of my journey, some concepts made no sense to me. I really struggled; it was a genuine challenge to integrate them into my life and make them a reality.

For example the concept of “Niddah” the Torah tells you when a woman is menstruating, she is considered Niddah, and during this time, physical contact between the couple is restricted until a woman becomes ritually pure again after counting a certain amount of days, and submerge in a Mikvah.

Initially, I couldn't grasp the concept and meaning behind “why was I considered impure during Niddah?”

However, after facing challenges with fertility and receiving disheartening news, something prompted me to revisit and deeply study the rules of Niddah. I became increasingly observant, strictly following each Torah guideline about Niddah. Surprisingly, it was during this time of increased commitment, that I conceived and had my first child.

Hashem took me through challenging times to underscore the importance of marital separation. Today, I am a passionate advocate for it. Following these rules is crucial for a marriage, and in doing so, Hashem's blessings will be upon you.

Adhering to Hashem's commandments, especially when not observant, can be challenging since they are often not easily understood or visible. It's easy to feel lost in the process.

Though we've never seen Hashem, we're called to trust and believe that He will be beside us, guiding and protecting throughout our lives. This wisdom, taught by the sages, underscores the importance of sensing Hashem's presence even in the absence of a visible manifestation.

Let's pray to witness and sense Hashem's greatness and faithfully follow His rules. Amen. 🙏

Wish you all a wonderful day 💗
