Good morning

´Man can never be happy if he does not nourish his soul as he does his body.´ quote from The Rebbe

What is your soul?

Have you ever just burst out in tears for no apparent reason, finding yourself in deep sadness? That is the soft voice of your soul, crying out for attention, asking to be nourished with at least as much care as you nourish your body.

The soul manifests the very reason for your existence; it is the one part of your being that directly reflects your connection to Hashem.

When I began one-on-one learning after my mom's passing, each class left me unable to finish without tears and overwhelming emotions. I deeply connected with the shiur, and something within me was triggered.

The awareness that Hashem is always beside us, ready to assist, deeply touched my soul. I sensed a profound awakening within me, a change at my core. I experienced an unfamiliar feeling that scared me.

Through my experiences, I've come to realize that my soul represents the core reason for my existence, a direct reflection of my connection to Hashem. Even though it's intangible, nestled within my body, my soul weaves the very fabric of who I am.

My soul lay dormant, deep asleep, until it gradually stirred within me. I sensed the awakening of my spiritual connection and the comforting presence of Hashem.

It is the soul that energizes and guides the body to do good deeds and connect to Hashem.

To be a wholesome and healthy person, your body and soul must work in harmony.

What I have learned since I started my Bitachon chat so many struggle with the presence of Hashem right now is very hard to connect, and feel secure, and connect to their soul. I think it’s the Yetzer Hara (the evil inclination) is taking over your mind. And put a blockage between your thoughts and your spiritual soul.

You must awaken your soul and start do many mitzvah to feed your soul, and bring back the Yetzer Tov (the good inclination).

We have seen what the war did, it shook everyone’s soul, the non believers became religious and cried to Hashem for help. So many women took upon themselves to light candles on Shabbat while all the men were in combat in Gaza. The soul of the Israeli was revived while all over the world was getting questioned. If Israely soul is shaken then ours should be even more shaken.

Yesterday, we witnessed a miracle from Hashem as our IDF soldiers found two hostages. It's evident that only with Hashem's help were they rescued. May Hashem hear all our prayers and bring about the release of all hostages now. Amen. 🙏

May our soul and body become one. Hashem is the only one that can make miracles and stop the war.

Wish you all a wonderful day ❤️
