Good Morning ❤️
The voices within us never really go away.
The “mute” button may be on and the “white noise” might be deafening, but the doubts still linger in the distance and the uncertainty never really fade way.
When I will truly be happy with my life? Can I really trust my beliefs? How do I know if my decisions are the right ones? How do I get my prayers answered? Am I going to find love? Am I going to have a good job?…
You can never mute your mind, you have to redirect your thoughts to positive thoughts.
Every time something negative comes to your mind, just try to think the opposite. Say it out loud, like this the angels will hear.
My Rabbanit always say that Angels are all around us and hear what we say out loud. For example if you see someone about to fall you shouldn’t say “watch out you are going to fall!” they will eventually fall, because you put it out there and the angels heard you.
In life, negative individuals often attract challenges, leading to a less smooth journey.
Positivity yields positive outcomes. Viewing life through a lens of light and gratitude transforms your perspective, leading to a smoother journey with fewer challenges.
In my youth, negativity surrounded me, prompting a strong desire to escape its influence. Embarking on a solo journey, uncertain of what lay ahead, I was determined to find a new place free from negativity.
I now realize that Hashem guided me through my journey, but I made the decision for change at a young age. I closed off the negativity in my mind, halted the constant put downs from others, and bravely leaped onto a new path.
Motivation for change is crucial to embark on a new journey and embrace positivity. While you can't mute your mind, you have the power to switch perspectives.
To receive Hashem's help, you must initiate. Starting a Mitzvah will prompt Him to grant you the strength to accomplish it, but He expects you to take the first step.
Who would have guessed that when I initiated this Bitachon chat over three months ago, it would persist until now? Surprisingly, I found a new daily writing topic, acquired an audience, and unexpectedly evolved into a writer. Lol
I dedicated to do a Mitzvah for week, to write words of wisdom and spread them to others. I committed for Hashem to heed our plea to end the war, secure the release of hostages, ensure safety for our soldiers and Israel, and halt antisemitism. With the initial step taken, Hashem orchestrated the rest.
May we shift our minds from negativity to positivity, facilitating a smoother journey on Earth, and may Hashem assist us after we've fulfilled our part. Amen.
Wish you a wonderful Shabbat 💗
