Seek peace and pursue it.
If you have inner peace you have inner harmony. When your entire being is in Harmony, you speak and act in ways that enable you to achieve.
On the other hand, inner conflict creates stress and tension.
Tehilim tell us to constantly seek peace “Love peace and pursue peace”
Why is peace so important?
Inner peace empowers you to accomplish anything; it aligns your thoughts, allowing for clear minded decisions.
In a state of peace, you can positively influence those around you, fostering a shared sense of tranquility. Peace cultivates positivity, a free flow of thoughts, and a sense of happiness and joy.
Yom Kippur holds immense significance for me, being the most powerful and beautiful day of the year. For over six years, I have observed "tanit Ibur," refraining from speaking for the entire duration of Yom Kippur.
Engaging in "tanit Ibur" aids my meditation, allowing reflection on the past and upcoming year. Free from distractions, I disconnect from my surroundings, focusing solely on drawing closer to Hashem through prayers.
On that precious and powerful day, a profound sense of peace and fear envelops me. It's a realization that living with fear and anxiety is unsustainable, and the ultimate goal is peace. Achieving inner peace is only possible by relying solely on Hashem, who grants that profound sense of tranquility.
During challenges like hatred, war, and slavery, pursuing peace has been a longstanding goal for decades. As a human being, you can progressively foster peace in your life day by day by integrating it into your vocabulary and prioritizing personal growth.
Among the negativity that surrounds you, strive to emerge victorious with peace taking the front row.
Achieving this involves placing trust and faith solely in Hashem; only through that connection can you attain inner peace, with no reliance on others.
May you all find your inner peace and live a life filled with harmony thanks to Hashem amen 🙏
Wish you all a wonderful day ❤️
